Mission Statement
Our vision at Atholton Elementary School is to create a collaborative learning
community where staff, students, parents and the community share a common
commitment towards ensuring success for each child. Diversity is valued,
encouraged, and celebrated! We believe a safe, nurturing, fun and creative
environment provides a foundation to build confident children who are willing to take
risks in order to grow academically, socially and emotionally. Our curriculum is
challenging and lessons are planned around best practices. Students receive feedback
regarding progress towards their goals. Parents and visitors feel welcome and
become actively involved in the life of our school.
