Volunteers/Visitors Must Complete This Training

All volunteers and visitors to our school, including parents joining their children for lunch, must complete this training program every year prior to visiting AES for the first time this school year:

All visitors must check in at the front office upon arrival. You will need your driver’s license to check-in.

Please view the materials using this website:  https://www.hcpss.org/parents/volunteer-information/. Anyone volunteering at school in any capacity, as well as parents joining their children for lunch, is required to complete volunteer training prior to their first visit. Note: This is an annual renewal, so new forms are required each school year.

Once you have finished, COMPLETE THIS GOOGLE DOC (no paperwork required).  You do not need to print anything out.
